Savour Your Day!  ~  Day-of Coordination

FlowersThis package is for the couple who has planned their own wedding & wants to ensure they enjoy it. Savour your day and let a professional oversee your plans so that you don’t have to. We don’t want you to work on your wedding day, sit back and enjoy and take it all in. Set fee of $800, extra may be required for travel more than 1 hour away.

Includes but not limited to…

  • Preparation of wedding day checklist & timeline
  • Confirm all vendors 1 to 2 weeks before
  • Coordinate wedding day events with you, the special couple
  • Wedding rehearsal direction
  • Wedding day emergency kit, always on hand
  • Meet 2 to 4 weeks before wedding day, to discuss your vision
  • Full wedding day coverage
  • Supervise & assist ceremony set up
  • Supervise & assist reception set up
  • Direct all vendors, to ensure all aspects are covered
  • Advise on wedding etiquette
  • Supervise photo shoot if required
  • At least 1 assistant, more if larger wedding (no extra cost)

Posh Event Development! ~ Full Service Planning

Start to finish! The full planning service is designed for those couples who want to have professional guidance throughout their wedding. Posh Beyond will be there every step of the way to guide you through all those tough decisions; to ensure your wedding is stylishly yours and also to ensure you are getting the best value for your money.  Posh Beyond Events  works with a set fee, based on average planning hours rather then on a budget percentage, so our clients always know where they stand.  Set fee of $2800 also includes Day-of Coordinator Extra may be required for travel more than 1 hour away.

A Casual Encounter!  ~ Consulting

For the couple that is taking care of all their wedding plans, but would like professional direction on particular items.  $100 first hour and $50 for every hour following (3 hour minimum)
